06/18/2025 – My significant other, daughter, son, and sister brought my mom here for lunch on 06/13 to celebrate her last day of radiation on 06/10. It was our first time visiting a Rusty Bucket, and we had a great experience overall. Our waitress, Allison, was amazing; friendly, fast, efficient, and truly went above and beyond. She even offered to take pictures of our family to help us remember the celebration, which we really appreciated. I loved my pizza, and I was especially grateful they were running a special on it. The only issue was with my sister’s wings. She shared them with the table, and most of us (including her) felt they were a bit tough to chew, like they may have been overcooked. Otherwise, everything else was great, and we’re thankful for such a positive and memorable visit.
Stopped in for the first time with a group for a fundraiser. Service was super. Food was delicious. I got the trio with Double nickle salad, chili, and 1/2 club sandwich (one of the best I've had).
(For 2 people) The food tasted very good with good individual portions. We sat in a booth that was a bit awkward to sit in: sank a little too low and far away from the table, it made us lean forward. The 3-Way dish we ordered was missing the meat mentioned in the description, so the cook brought out a side of meat chili as a correction and the manager took that meal and our drinks off our bill. Our waiter, the cook, and the manager were all very nice and accommodating.
Consistently delicious meals! We have eaten here a few times whenever we are in Miamisburg and have always had great meals. They have a nice patio area with quick service. They have a separate gluten free menu and were very good with my wife’s allergies. We shared the quesadilla appetizer and then my wife had the fish tacos! Both gluten free! She has had several sandwiches and burgers there all of which have been delicious as well. I’m a big fan of the buffalo chicken sandwich and rarely stray from that.
Everything here was great and it is special-diet very friendly! Plenty of selections of foods for all tastes and we even splurged for desserts, which is a rarity for our family. The service was top tier (June 29 - server was exceptional and had cute tattoos and loved ours back lol) and the location was great. (Pic is my gluten free cheesecake with chocolate and caramel sauce.)
The customer service was phenomenal. We called in to ask about gluten free options and Charlotte was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions. We placed an online order and there wasn’t an option to substitute for gluten free options, we called back and Charlotte again was wonderful and asked specifically what substitutes we needed and she was able to take down what we planned to to order and what the name would be on the order. We waited about 1.5 hours for our order and it was never picked up. We called up to the store and they said no Dashers were available. They immediately offered to remake our food and send it back out to DoorDash to be picked up. We received our food in a timely manner and it was hot and fresh. The food was absolutely delicious with all the gluten free substitutions. 10/10 experience.
the food and service is excellent , everything went well, i had the club sandwich, my favorite there and the fries tasted wonderful, my husband loved the strawberry lemonade and the restrooms were clean and pretty, they had 2 types to hand wash and even put a tissue box there too, we had a wonderful time
